Buffalo Wild Wings Reverse Red Rock Outer Perimeter

(Starting Zip: 89117; Ending Zip: 89117) This is a Reverse Red Rock Outer Perimeter Ride that starts/ends from the Buffalo Wild Wings on 4280 S. Hualapai, Las Vegas, NV 89117.

Reverse Red Rock with Potosi Climb

(Starting Zip: 89117; Ending Zip: 89117) This ride starts at the Starbucks on Hualapai, just south of Desert Inn (3370 South Hualapai Way Las Vegas, NV 89117). We head south on Hualapai and wiggle our way down to Blue Diamond Road/160 where we then proceed to ride all the way up to the top of Potosi where we will rest and rehydrate at the fire station. Once we descend Potosi, we will pull into the gas station on the 160 at the bottom of the hill where we can safely cross over the road to the 159/Charleston Red Rock Reverse entrance. There we will ride thru scenic Red Rock, hopefully with a tailwind! hee hee. Once we reach Desert Foothills, we will turn right and head into the Red Rock Ranch Country Club area. This is a nice scenic neighborhood, a great way to end our ride as we then turn left on Desert Inn and head back to Starbucks for an ICED LATTE! :) NOTE: This is not a beginners route. On Fort Apache, the road does get very narrow in some spots. You will also be riding on the 160 which has a shoulder with divets making it a harder road to ride on for a very long time.

Summerlin-Sun City 3 Starting from Albertsons on Flamingo-Hualapai

(Starting Zip: 89147; Ending Zip: 89147) OK...another Tuesday Night Route starting from the Albertson's on Flamingo/Hualapai. Gitane reminded me that we can go straight up Town Center and bypass all the climbing until we hit the Villa Ridge climb.

Summerlin-Sun City 2 Starting from Starbucks Golden Spoon DI-Hualapai

Summerlin-Sun City Starting from Albertsons on Flamingo-Hualapai

(Starting Zip: 89147; Ending Zip: 89147) This is a proposed route for our NEW Tuesday night ride.

Sunday Ride

(Starting Zip: 89117; Ending Zip: 89117) This is a modified route of our Aug 15 Ride. I've reversed the loop around Silverstone Ranch and added the Equestrian Park from the Bike MS ride. Exception on return route to Crit Park is Alta - Cimarron - Desert Inn - Crystal Waters. Could not get the software to take the return route over the start route.

Proposed Tues. Night Route

(Starting Zip: 89117; Ending Zip: 89117) Here is what I was thinking about avoiding the heavily travelled, sans Bike Lane Hualapi and Town Center

Dunkin Donuts to Potosi and Back

(Starting Zip: 89135; Ending Zip: 89135) Nice route. Picturesque ride through Red Rock and then up to the top of Mt. Potosi. Average grade is about 6%, but it's a long 9 mile climb to the top.

VISITORS ROUTE: M Resort to Goodsprings and Back

(Starting Zip: 89044; Ending Zip: 89044) This route starts at the M Resort located at 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Henderson, Nevada 89044. We will meet at the M Resort Parking Lot, just off of Volunteer and Haven. (Take Las Vegas Blvd South, turn left on Volunteer and make the next right into the M Resort parking lot). On this route, we ride south on Las Vegas Blvd, climbing about 900 feet elevation to Jean where you can stop for a convenience break at the gas station, or, you can turn right at the 161 and head directly to Goodsprings which is an old mining town. There's an old west saloon in Goldsprings called the Pioneer Saloon (located at 310 Spring St., Goodsprings, NV 89019) where you can rehydrate, rest up and head back when ready. Sun City Climbfest 1

(Starting Zip: 89135; Ending Zip: 89135) A lot of great streets to work on your climbing skills. Some are long 3-5 mile climbs with 4% average gradient, topping to 8% like Villa Ridge. Other climbs are shorter, but slightly steeper. Sun City Del Webb is a senior community, so don't go shouting all about to all the riders around you though. Be respectful of the neighborhood. :) Start/End Location: Albertson's / Dunkin' Donuts parking lot at 11710 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89135.
